Cancellations
At Bellezza Medical Spa, we understand that life’s unexpected events may necessitate changes to your scheduled appointments. To ensure the best experience for all our valued clients and to efficiently manage our appointment schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
e kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
Cancellation Fees
Appointments under 1 hour: $50.00 fee
Appointments over 1 hour: $100.00 fee or 50% of the appointment cost, whichever is greater.
Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment within the cancellation policy guidelines without incurring a fee.
Refunds
Service or product refunds are not available. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file.
Arriving Late
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your full appointment duration, but we may need to adjust the services provided if there is a client scheduled immediately after you.
Emergencies
In the event of a genuine emergency, we will consider waiving the cancellation fee. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Multiple Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you accumulate multiple late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to require pre-payment for future appointments.
COVID-19 and Health Concerns
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including those potentially related to COVID-19, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee for rescheduling due to health concerns.
